The Galvanized Community Foundation was created by people who have seen true hardship and then chose to turn that experience into action. Our founders have run food banks, led homeless outreach, supported mental‑health initiatives, and served in civic roles such as the Chamber of Commerce. Through this work, they saw something important: while these programs are vital, the deeper foundation of a healthy community was often overlooked.
Real community is more than services — it’s belonging. It’s the trust, connection, and shared experiences that make people feel supported and included. When those bonds are strong, everything else becomes stronger too. Decision‑making improves. Collaboration grows. Programs like food banks, outreach efforts, and even city policies become more effective because they’re backed by a community that feels invested.
That belief is at the heart of the Galvanized Community Foundation. Our mission is to strengthen the sense of belonging that makes all other systems work better. By creating accessible arts, culture, and community‑driven programming, we’re building the connections that help every other support system thrive.
When community is strong, the whole system is supported — and that’s exactly what GCF exists to build. -
We envision a thriving, connected community where every person—regardless of age, income, or background—can participate in meaningful shared arts, culture, and educational experiences. Through strong local partnerships and inclusive programming, Galvanized Community Foundation is building a resilient, joyful future for rural Montana communities.

Galvanized Community Foundation strengthens the Three Forks area by making shared arts, education, and cultural experiences accessible to everyone. We invest in community‑driven programs—movie nights, youth art and dance classes, vendors markets, and more—that spark creativity and build connection without financial barriers for local families. Our mission is to enrich daily life, celebrate local heritage, and create opportunities for lifelong learning that benefit the entire region.
